www.pixflik.com website (“Website”) is an Internet based content and e-commerce portal owned and operated by CREATIONS MEDIA, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. www.pixflik.com at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.

1. Delivery Policy:

  • Pixflik will follow the delivery instructions you provide when placing your order. For example, if you specify that the product must be delivered only to the recipient, we will not hand it over to anyone else. If the recipient is unavailable or declines the delivery, we will mark the order as delivered.
  • Pixflik will make only ONE delivery attempt for your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful, you will still be charged for the order and we will not try again. The delivery will be considered unsuccessful in the following cases:
  1. Incorrect or incomplete shipping/delivery address.
  2. Recipient cannot be reached or located.
  3. Property is locked or inaccessible.
  4. Invalid or wrong phone number or extension number that prevents us from contacting the recipient.
  5. Recipient rejects the delivery.
  6. Product is left at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor as per your instructions.

2. Delivery Timings:
Please note that for same day orders, you need to place your order before 5 pm on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered by the next day at the latest. We do not offer any timed delivery service, our regular delivery hours are between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. You can request specific timings in the Special Instructions section of the payment form, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in the delivery timing.

Delivery timings may be affected by special circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections or during peak days like Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day, Raksha Bandhan, Holi, Diwali, Chrismas, New Year etc. In such cases, we will not be able to cancel your order.

For Valentine Midnight delivery, delivery will be done between 10 PM to 01 AM

3. Delivery Product:

Delivered product might vary slightly from the image shown.

4. Replacement Policy

Sometimes, we may have to replace flowers or containers due to temporary or regional unavailability. If this happens with your chosen gift, our skilled florists will make sure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement are maintained and will only use items that are equal or higher in value. However, we have the right to replace the flowers (including the specified color) / other products with something of equal or higher value if the product you want is not available.

5. Guidelines for Duplicate Orders:

If Pixflik discovers that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer and clarify the situation. If we cannot reach the customer, we will make the decision on our behalf and it will be final.

6. Discounts:

Pixflik team determines all the discounts and they cannot be combined with other offers.

7. Address Change:

You can request to change the recipient address free of cost if you do so before 48 hours of the actual delivery. We will not accept any changes or cancellations after that.

Change of address is not possible for products from the gift section once they are dispatched.

8. Order Change:

You can request to change the order with monetary adjustments if you do so before 48 hours of the actual delivery. We will not accept any changes or cancellations after that. A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancellation requests.

9. Service Complaints:

We value your feedback and satisfaction with our products. If you have any concerns or complaints about the products you received, please let us know within 24 hrs of the delivery. You can reach out to our customer support channels via Calls/whatsApp or Emails. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

10. Handling with Suspicious/Fraudulent Customers:

We value our customers and strive to provide them with the best service possible. However, we also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that shows signs of fraudulent or unethical behavior, such as incorrect address, inappropriate message, unreasonable delivery timings or any other reason. We do not owe any explanation to anyone for such actions and we expect our customers to respect our policies and terms of service.

11. Rules for unfounded recipient:

In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered and no refund will be made. Please refer Cancellation and refund policy for further details.

12. All courier items will be shipped using BlueDart or equivalent courier. As such we cannot specify any delivery date or timing for such order. All orders will be delivered between 9 am – 7 pm and may take 3-9 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters.

13. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.

14. Pixflik may amend its Terms & Conditions from time to time. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

15. These Terms and Conditions, together with Pixflik’s cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixflik with respect to your use of and material available on the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Pixflik with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.

16. I understand that Pixflik can send transactional and promotional SMS, Call, Whatsapp, RCS & Emails on my registered id & number.

17. Pixflik‘s objective is to provide the best service and quality products, and to ensure the same, FlowerAura might contact the receiver seeking the feedback.

18. In any case, if the order is placed by any individual unethically from pixflik.com. This will be considered as part of a fraud. The company has the right to cooperate with competent law enforcement agencies and to ask them to take appropriate action whenever such phenomena occur. Additionally, the company will notify the police or other competent authority.

19. Account Deletion:

To close your account, you can send us an email with the subject “Termination”. Our team will contact you and confirm the cancellation of your account by email.

You will no longer be able to log in or access your account, retrieve or edit content or information, or view your account history and will no longer be able to receive calls or emails from Pixflik.

Your account will be deleted at your request within 30 days. If you do not wish to delete your account, you can contact our team before the 30 days expires.

20. Pixflik never asks for any of your personal bank details. Please do not share your personal bank details like Card Number/Pin/CVV/OTP/Card Expiry Date/UPI Pin, over Phone/Mail/SMS to anyone.
